Gluten-Free Cookie Company's inception was not at all "cookie cutter!" In fact, there is a story with many twists and turns behind how it came to be... One that started with a girl with big dreams making "All Natural Bird Cookies" (gourmet, preservative-free treats for parrots) in the early days of her entrepreneurial journey, to that same California "girl" now diagnosed with Celiac Disease moving to the Big Island of Hawaii (sight unseen!), for a "dream job" with her two kiddos in tow...

At Gluten-Free Cookie Company we want to make life tastier and easier for those living with Celiac, Gluten Intolerance and everyone else who just loves a great cookie. Our treats are 100% gluten-free but you won't be able to tell because they are just that good! 

We are starting with a few classic flavors to choose from. However, as we grow we will offer more favorites to help those living with Celiac & Gluten Intolerance to feel a lot more "normal." Especially for the kiddos that miss out on so many of the special treats that other kids get to enjoy at birthday parties, holidays, and all of the other fun occasions that are a part of growing up.
